The causes of low AC output voltage of the inverter

1. Overload
The output voltage of the inverter depends on the load current, if the load wattage is too large, the output voltage will decrease. At this time, you can try to reduce the load on the inverter or replace it with a more powerful inverter. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the circuit connection of the entire off-grid system is correct to avoid problems such as short circuit or poor contact.
2. Unstable input voltage
The inverter requires stable DC power as input. If the input voltage is unstable, the output voltage will fluctuate or decrease. Check that all the cells in the battery pack can work normally, the capacity of the battery pack (AH) can provide enough power for the inverter to run the load, the input circuit breaker or fuse is correctly sized and does not limit the input current.

3. Capacitor aging
The capacitors in the inverter will age with time, which will cause the output voltage to become low or fluctuate. This problem can be solved by replacing the capacitor. At the same time, it is also necessary to regularly maintain and check the status of the components inside the inverter, and replace aging components in time to ensure the normal operation of the inverter.
4. Other reasons
In addition to the above three problems, low inverter output voltage may also be caused by poor circuit contact, poor heat dissipation, or damage to the internal components of the inverter. When checking and solving the problem, you need to consider it comprehensively and rule out some other possible problems.
