The SZ Series helps distributors and integrators evaluate one inverter platform across compatible 12V and 24V battery systems. Automatic DC input switching, front airflow, serviceable protection parts, and a focused feature set support mobile, RV, off-grid, and backup-power projects.
Choose the Platform
The SZ Series is designed to identify a compatible 12V or 24V battery input and configure its DC operation. This can simplify initial selection for fleets, resellers, RV programs, and staged off-grid upgrades.
| Project need | SZ Series value | Confirm |
| 12V and 24V projects | One compatible platform for both battery voltages | Exact DC range and switching conditions |
| Service-focused deployment | Front display, replaceable input fuse sockets, temperature sensing | Current SKU, spare parts, and revision |
Plan Installation and Service
The metal enclosure and dual 12V brushless fans form part of the cooling path, with air directed toward the front. Leave the exhaust clear, keep heat-sensitive equipment away from the airflow, and plan access to fuses, terminals, and service areas.
Keep front exhaust and service access clear
Record the SKU and hardware revision
Confirm cable, fuse, disconnect, and grounding requirements
Validate the Complete Load
Compressors, pumps, air conditioners, tools, and heating appliances can have high startup demand. Validate the battery, BMS limit, cable size and length, fuse, ventilation, ambient temperature, and simultaneous-start timing as one system.
| Field-test reference | Reported setup | How to use it |
| Mixed startup | About 850W pre-load, then two freezers, two commercial vacuums, and a toaster oven | Reference only; validate the target load |
| Later run | Reported 12,000 BTU air conditioner and more than 1,000W of household loads | Repeat with the project battery and cables |
| Test conditions | 0 AWG cables; supplied cable gauge was not identified | Do not transfer results directly |
One independent test also estimated 89%-91% efficiency, 6-7W idle draw, and 50-60 deg C during a longer run. These figures came from one sample and setup; use official specifications for quotations and system sizing.
B2B Checklist Before Sampling
Confirm these items before a fleet rollout, distribution listing, or installation package:
DC range, 12V/24V switching, continuous and surge ratings
AC output, cables, fuses, disconnects, grounding, and airflow
Exact SKU features, certifications, warranty, spares, and revision control
Sample test plan and incoming-inspection criteria
Match the exact SZ SKU to the battery bank, AC output, load profile, installation environment, and service plan.

Battery architecture
Confirm 12V/24V input before selection.
Complete load
Check running and startup demand together.
Thermal path
Keep exhaust clear and check ambient conditions.
Service plan
Plan spares, inspection, warranty, and support.
