Off-grid inverters are an important component of solar photovoltaic power generation systems. They convert DC power stored in batteries into AC power to meet the power needs of a home or business. The principle of off-grid inverter is based on power electronics technology and control theory, and mainly includes the following parts:
1. Input circuit
The input circuit is the first part of the off-grid inverter, which connects the DC power from the battery to the inverter. The input circuit usually includes an anti-reverse diode and a DC switch to prevent reverse current flow and protect the inverter.
2. DC voltage boost circuit
Since the battery's DC voltage is low and cannot meet the requirements of the inverter, a DC voltage boost circuit is needed to increase the voltage. DC voltage boosting circuits usually use Boost boosting circuits to adjust the output voltage by controlling the on-off time of the switching tube.
3. Inverter circuit
The inverter circuit is the core part of the off-grid inverter and converts DC power into AC power. The inverter circuit usually uses a full-bridge inverter circuit, which consists of four switching tubes and an output capacitor. When the switch tube is turned on and off according to certain rules, AC voltage and current will be generated on the output capacitor.
4. Output filter circuit
The output filter circuit can filter the alternating current output from the inverter to reduce the impact of harmonics and noise. The output filter circuit usually uses an LC filter, which consists of an inductor and a capacitor. By adjusting the values of the inductor and capacitor, the harmonics and noise of the output voltage and current can be reduced.
5. Control circuit
The control circuit is a key part of the off-grid inverter. According to changes in parameters such as input voltage, output voltage and current, it will automatically adjust the on-off time of the switching tube to achieve stable output voltage and current. The control circuit usually uses a PID control algorithm to adjust the on-off time of the switching tube by comparing the deviation between the actual value and the set value.

The principle of the off-grid inverter is based on the above five parts, by converting battery DC power into AC power and maintaining stable output voltage and current to meet the power needs of homes or businesses. With the continuous development of technology, the efficiency and reliability of off-grid inverters are also constantly improving, providing strong support for the wide application of solar photovoltaic power generation systems.
